Choose from these 3 options to receive your order:

  • Curbside or in-store pickup at our brick and mortar store in McCall, ID
  • Flat rate of $7.95 for standard shipping.
  • Get free shipping on orders of $125 or more.

 

7 Day Return Policy

We want you to love your items!  Brand new, unworn items may be returned within 7 days after arrival for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with no visible wear, odor, or animal hair.  Any item not in its original condition (including tags) will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

Please try on your items when they arrive.  You must submit your return request within 7 days.  To request a return:

  • Log into your customer account.
  • Click on "My orders"
  • Click "View" on the right side of the order you want to return.
  • Click "Return items" on the bottom of the page.
  • Choose the quantity you wish to return, along with the reason and action.
  • Click "Send."  We will review your request and respond with further instructions.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, underwear, earrings, or edibles. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

If an item is being exchanged, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the item costs more than $125.  An exception will be made to this rule if the customer would like to order additional items (to bring the total to $125) to be sent with the exchanged item.

 

Out of stock

It is possible that items may run out of stock during the order processing stage. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer specific solutions. We may be able to reorder the items or you can choose store credit or a refund for the items.

 

Damaged items

If you receive damaged products, send us photos and a brief explanation.  We will review your case and resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Sizing & Fitting

If the item you receive does not fit, we accept returns for exchange or store credit only.  No refunds will be given.

Incorrect items

If you ordered the wrong item or size, we accept returns for exchange or store credit only.  No refunds will be given.
